These are nice images but it will be nice if you reduce the number of cells as lot of comet are overlapping.

Cells seem to overlap, therefore you can not measure the comet parameters. You should reduce the cell number. You can add PBS to 1 x 105 cells/ml and then also combine cells at 1 x 105/ml with Agarose at a ratio of 1:10 (v/v).

Nice job - they look good, though I agree that the density could be decreased so you can quantify individual nucleoids without overlap.
i have to agree with our colleagues, there too many cells per slide, it would be nice reduce the density of cells. Nice photos, bonito dia.
Reduce the concentration of cells. I would advise you to dilute the concentration to 2 million. I hope this help.
