From the literature I understand that TRP channels regulate Ca2+ signalling in cardiomyocytes and fibroblasts. I want to perform immunocytochemical analysis of TRP channels on cultured cells or western blot analysis on heart tissue lysates. There are some TRP channels that have been described previously (TRPC3, TRPC6,7, TRPV1-4, TRPM2, TRPM7 and TRPA1). But is there a high-level of expression of any of these isoforms and if so, is there a reliable antibody against it?

Thanks in advance.
