One place to look is the antibody database that can be found at the website for the Journal of Comparative Neurology. I am not sure how often it is updated, but it is neurobiology specific.

Jill Miotke Thank you for your suggestion. I've visited antibody reference websites (ie. CiteAb), but so far I could not find any papers with nice histology figures (ie. Camk2a). For excitatory and inhibitory neuronal markers, I need to know the names of antibodies first in order to find references.
