Are there any good protocols for Reverse ChIP?

Hi guys,

I have done an exhaustive search for protocols for a Reverse ChIP, and I keep running into the same review articles, each citing each other, and I can't find a detailed protocol or methodology. If you know of any papers that you could cite or link me to, that would be great!

Additionally, if you know of a technique similar to a Reverse ChIP, please send those my way as well!

We have't done any method yet. We are trying to do a Reverse ChIP as a primary experiment to find binding partners for a specific DNA sequence. I believe DNA pulldowns might also work if the experiment is set up correctly with all controls, bur I was wondering if anybody has done anything similar and what methods they used. Thank you in advance!
