Hello there,
I'd like to ask whether there are any cryoprotectants/cryopreservants medium with no DMSO in them. Specifically to use it for freezing tissue such as collagen scaffold.
I have found some however maybe there's one that maybe one of you guys have successfully used it.

Glycerol is also used as a preservative. Highly viable cells are achieved.

Yes, PVS3 vitrification solution; PVS3 contains 50% glycerol (w/v) and 50% sucrose (w/v) in basal medium.
