Can you please elaborate which type of loads applied and which kind of analysis you are trying to run in ANSYS? As there should be very specific answer for your question depending upon these .....

Thank you for replying. I meant applying loads in the structural beam, specifically applying pressure on half circle from two side lower left and lower right.

if u are working on ANSYS apdl then you should check list of applied loads and boundary conditions and for workbench it shows a tick mark on applied actions if action is correct.
