Q-How can we construct RBP-miRNA interaction base gene expression regulatory network from CLIP-seq ,RNA-seq and miRNA seq data?

Hi Ashwani,
You can generate a list of your target miRNA and RBP in a text file and create a network using Cytoscape. You can also look for cytoscape plug-ins available for your task.

You can try IPA as well if available at your institute or try WGCNA R package.
