I would like to use it, but is totally unfamiliar with it. I have been using Biolog Ecoplates, but the inventor of the plates suggested I tried Microresp.
I need to assess the soil fungal community. Any ideas? Rose Bengal plates is a possibility as is glomalin production. Anything else? I haven't done any work on fungi yet.
