It doesn’t seem that you have problem with the media because I use the same as your culture media and supplements and get pretty good viability. It could be something related to cells.

As an answer to my own question, my OVCAR-4 cells grow much much much better in ham's F12-DMEM media (75% F12 and the rest DMEM).
