Hello all

The Cartridge for iseq-100 illumina was thawed and the re-frezing.

Illumina did not recommend this, But I do not want just to throw away the cartridge, I would like to use it.

Does anybody have any experience with a iseq-100 illumina sequencing run using a re-freezing cartridge? Has anybody obtained acceptable results using a re-freezing cartridge, or will it probably be completely lost?
