WI-38, human diploid fetal lung fibroblast-like cell line and
MRC-5, human fetal lung fibroblast normal cell line.

You can use a primary HUVEC cell line. The complete media for this cell line is F-12K nutrient mixture supplemented with 10% FBS, Heparin sodium salt 0.1 mg/mL, ECGS 30 mg/mL. When you receive it from the supplier and culture it for propagation, its doubling time is higher at lower passage numbers, but after certain passage numbers, this cell line does not increase to your desired level. Also, this cell line is a suitable transfection host.
