Any particular advice to perform siRNA on cGAS with smartpool ON-TARGET?

I am trying to perform a siRNA on cGAS gene on HACAT cells and also HCT116 as control. I am using a smartpool purchased from Dharmacon (ON-TARGETplus siRNA MB21D1) following the manufacturer's protocol.

Has anyone done this before and has any tips or tricks to follow?
