Any one have protocol to get DNA from the 138+ cells suspended in RNAlater solutions and preserve in -80?

I want to extract DNA from 138+ cells suspended and preserved in RNA later at -80. Any one have experience and protocols, plz share with me. My each sample have 1 million cells when preserved.
