I want to preserve the morphological features of the bacteria for AFM analysis and I need a fast method for the fixation! Alcohol make some detachments in the bacterial proteins!! And gluteraldehyde is time consuming!
For bacteria monolayer it takes 20 min (or less) in 2.5% gluteraldehyde. Is it too long?
Thanks All!
Dear Vladimir, most of the protocols take more than 24 hrs. so how you do this with 25 mins please it would be so helpful!
You can used less concentrated glutaraldehyde (i.e., 1.5%). Not sure how long it will take.
Well, we read a lot about how in vitro manipulation of oocytes can induce stress and therefore reduce their potential or as people call it "quality". I've been looking into the studies mostly,...
