Are there any differences (outside of the clinical trials that led to their EUA) observed in the rate of infection among those who have received the Pfizer vs Moderna vaccine since the mass vaccination programs have started worldwide?

The major difference were observed in different countries which were vaccinatede Pfizer vs Moderna where marked decrease in the number of peoples enter hospitals to 2/3 of the total number befor vaccination and decrease in complicated numbers(marked) ,death cases.e.g.Newzeland,Scotland ,Germany in addition to the study done in Israel.Results promising and encourged to end pandemic.Thanks.
