Any body help to get the energy expenditure rate formula/ equation for carried out work on the basis of heart rate

like we calculate energy expenditure from oxygen expenditure rate of the operator.

physiological evaluation is carried out on the measurement of heart rate and oxygen expenditure rate measurement. When instrument for oxygen consumption measurement is not there then we go for only heart rate measurement.
