In Indian capability and brain is there but there is need to improve our system both in education and research. Indians doing excellent out side India so if similar system and atmosphere is created in India then it can improve the standard.
Please read Noble Laureat Amartya Sen. He argued, and faced problems from the current government in resposne to this argument, that 'India is the only country that wants to develop without education of the masses. Professor Sen's discussion on this issue will help you understand what is missing and what can be done.
India is developing and thereby the population too is increasing. The growth rate doesn't meet the requirement in food, shelter and proper education. The education system is deteriorating as we are studying the same things what our forefathers had studied. There should be proper education with the change in time by carrying out the research work as to compete with the developed countries. So we all citizens should get aware of this and change the pattern of education through various research works for country's development.
