24 yrs old Primi conceived after treatment of primary infertility. Diagnosed with Meckel–Gruber Syndrome on USG (Dysplastic kidney, Encephalocele, Anhydramnios, Pulmonary hypoplasia, Hepatic cyst, polydectyly) at 21 weeks of gestation. Went unnoticed in earlier scans. It is an autosomal recessive lethal malformation. She went from one hospital to another, everyone refused termination as it was beyond 20 weeks (As per law of the land). What next?

What country? there is no gestational age limit for termination (if that is what she wants) in cases of lethal malformation in England. However, you may struggle to find a doctor and hospital able and willing to perform it
Prognosis will be lethal anyway ( either in case of expextant management and in case of termination )
Send to Hungary we will accept her for termination till 24wks, in some EU countries it has no limit.
