Anticancer PNA with nM activity?

Hi, does anyone know any reference for an anticancer PNA with nM activity? I found several antisenses and antigene PNAs studied for the development of the anticancer drug. However, the IC50 value is in micromolar. Once the PNA hybridizes and with DNA and creates an antigene effect, should we be still looking for IC50 to evaluate its effectiveness?
