Hi all,
I want to detect mTurquoise-tagged proteins in a western blot, but I don't seem to find commercial anti-mTurquoise antibodies. I suspect an anti-GFP antibody may react with mTurquoise, but does someone have any experience with this?
Hugo, you might wanna try the anti-GFP from abcam. I believe the cat # is ab5450 or ab5459.
Un abrazo,
JJ
Thanks guys, I'm gonna give it a go!
I would like to know how to register the journal Flora Montiberica (ISSN 1138-5952 - eISSN 1988-799X) in Research Gate.
