Hi, I'm struggling to find a working antibody targeting mouse FAP, suitable for IHC analysis. I have already tried extensively these three: AF3715, ab207178, and ab218164. As a positive control, I am using liver of mice treated with CCl4, which develops bridging fibrosis and should induce the expression of FAP by fibroblasts, as shown in this paper: https://www.cmghjournal.org/article/S2352-345X(22)00253-3/fulltext

I'm looking for any advice from people that uses FAP antibodies on mouse tissues or advice on another positive control.

Additionally i'm also looking for a good ELISA kit to target mouse FAP.
