Also, can anyone recommend an optimal tissue to titrate the antibody on, and whether this molecule is expressed on macrophages in human secondary lymphoid tissues such as Tonsil or Lymph node?

I saw the the Abcam antibody targets the C-term of CLEC4F. It might be a good idea to find a replacement that also targets C-term.
I did a search for you on BenchSci (https://landing.benchsci.com/academic), unfortunately I couldn't find an antibody that has been published. Regardless the one from Aviva might be a good starting point.
