We are planning to develop method on analysis of Amino Acids in food matrix (Cereals,Pulses , Oil Seeds etc) by HPLC with pre or post column derivatization methods.Since this is new to us so could you please suggest that additional equipment will be required for sample preparations except HPLC i.e. equipments required for hydrolyzing, purifying and concentrating food sample (Cereals, pulses, oilseeds) before injecting into the system for Amino acids analysis.AA
