I have a question about the LCMS, if the cell pirani is not stable and keep going down would it effect our reading/result? the cell pirani indicate the vacuum state isnt it?
Oh before that let me just give a brief information about the parameters.
I'm actually monitoring 3 transitions, which is clopidogrel parent, carboxylic acid(its inactive metabolites and internal standard (ticlid). I using MRM mode, C18 as my column, my mobile phase is ACN: H2Obuffer (80:20).
before this the collision gas was stable around 8.0e-3 but then i dont know why its start to fluctuate after time.
Im afraid that this would effect the reliability of the result.
besides that i would be really great full if you guys have anything that i need take note and be aware of while running this machine which might effect analytical result.
