Hello,

I seek the protocol for the albumin salting out by ammonium sulfate.

if I understand it correctly, you want to precipitate albumins by ammonium sulphate addition. All proteins precipitates in the saturated ammonium sulphate solution which is 4.1 M at room temperature.
