I would like some learning data sets (WT + mutants and aggregation values for each) to assess the robustness of an algorithm.

Dear Frederic,

I recommend you to see this EMBO report (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21681200) where you can find performance comparison of more than ten prediction tools on four datasets. These dataset are not in supporting materials since they were deposited on special repositary page (www.unifi.it/scibio/bioinfo/AmyloBase.html) - which has been unavailable for some time :( I suggest you to contact the authors of this report for sending the datasets.
