Your peptides are generally hydrophilic and not highly charged (no heavy repulsion or extreme pI), try:

- Sterile deionized water (ddH₂O)

Start with 1 mg/mL and sonicate gently if needed.

- Sterile PBS (pH 7.4)

Good for downstream assays and cell-compatible.

*** Use 0.22 μm filters to sterilize before adding to bacterial cultures, especially for low-volume MIC setups.
