Why IS THE ANALYSIS FAULT AS THE MESH LENGTH DECREASES ?

I make explicit analysis using abaqus. I enter input mesh seed 250 mm .After I enter input mesh seed 100 mm abaqus doesnt completed analysis. What is the reason of this?
