A 19-year-old female presented with multiple polysized verrucous plaques, papules and nodules on anterior aspect of upper thigh, groin and lower abdomen on right side. Some lesions are discrete and some are coalesced. The lesions are there for last 15 years and have been gradually increasing in both size and extent. The lesions are non-pruritic. You have rightly said it could be a case of Warts (Verruca). Could it be a case of Lymphangioma circumscriptum (Lymphatic malformation)?
