I have a question about the determination of zeta potential for polymers because some of my polymers form an aggregate in solution ( at different pH), making it difficult to determine zeta potential; some of yours have similar problems.
Not sure how you're measuring zeta potential (ZP) or why you're wanting to measure this - I suspect you're actually measuring mobility. If you have a true solution of your polymer, then there's no concept of ZP, but you can measure mobility. ZP refers to the holistic situation of particles in suspension (a true boundary or heterogeneity) and the potential some distance from the particle is the so-called slipping plane (i.e. where the particle and the ions it carries with it interact with the outside environment).
