Hi, the best antibiotic solution you can use is antibiotic-antimycotic (100X) from thermofisher. You can use this during cultivation of cells by adding 1% to the cell culture medium. This will normally prevent any bacterial or fungal contamination.

Amphotericin B is the most commonly used antifungal agent in cell culture. It is not water soluble. It can be dissolved in DMSO. Do filter-sterilize it using 0.2 micron filter before adding it into the culture medium. Prepare concentrations according to your need. You can treat the cells with amphotericin added medium up to certain number of passages. May be 5 to 10 number of passages. Then you can use the normal cell culture medium without amphotericin and do the passaging until you are sure that the contamination is not coming again.

I'm recommending this because you said that you only have these contaminated cells and you have to remove the yeast contamination. As you can see it is laborious and time consuming and not 100% guaranteed that the contamination will go off, you can give a second thought on procuring a new cell line. In case you are not able to do that, you can go for it and give it a try. But I would also like to suggest to check other media components rather than only the cell lines.

Amphotericin B is the best used antifungal agent it serves well when dissolved in DMSO . Make sure to filter sterlise and use it. I have come across yeast contaminants while growing my cells.Several passages using amphothericin will lower the growth of yeast but a meagre amount still stays if the fungal contamination is too much, hence it is recommended to discard the culture and do a full sterlisation. Do check the media contents which may also be the cause of yeast contamination
