i need to know the exact step size and scan speed for the MgO nanowires xrd deposited on the silicon susbtrate whenever i do xrd it just shows silicon peak and MgO peaks gets vanished at the end if anyone know please guide..

XRD silicon two peaks within (40-60) 2 Theta
XRD MgO two peaks within ( 40-45) and (60-65) 2 Theta
yes but it only shows a sharp peak of silicon at 70 2 theta ...MgO peaks vanishes at the end how i can enhance MgO peaks

The MgO peaks disappear may be
- low % adding concentration ,
- the mixture is not homogeneous
- the small size particles of MgO compared with particles size of silicon
