i wnt to deposit Au or Al electrode on my silsicon substrate deposited with nanowires can any one help me how i can do this by myself the companies iam approaching are very expensive ..

I think these attachments will be useful for you
you can use gold coater of the SEM sample preparation with proper mask over your sample. Then put it for backing .....that will be easiest way.
you need to make mask with the shape of electrode you wish to have on the substrate and then place it properly without any gap and cover from all other sides......place it in Gold coater for SEM sample preparation, deposit gold thin film with desired thickness and the take out the sample, remove mask, bake it in inert or vacuum for certain time and then use it for your application.
