In ANSYS CFD-Post, the entity Pressure I see while defining Contour, does it show relative pressure above the reference pressure defined for the concerned domain during CFX- Pre?
i.e. Is it (Pressure calulated) + (Pref)?
As I have used the Ansys CFX, the results were guage pressure. but I think it depends on your settings.

It occurs often (depending on your settings) that the pressure given by the pressure contours is not the absolute pressure, but the delta,p, that is, the difference between the calculated pressure at any point and the reference pressure you provided: delta,p = calculated pressure - reference pressure

Total pressure (p_total) is static pressure (often termed p or p_s) plus dynamic pressure:
p_total = p_s + 0.5×rho×V^2
where rho is the fluid density and V is the flow velocity.
