Is it necessary to have all time steps converged within a given maximum number of iterations per time step?
Also, for instance, a simulation physical time of 10s and with a time step size of 1s, if say, the intermediate 5th and 6th time steps are not converged, but rest 7th to 10th time steps are converged. In such a case can those later time steps be reliable?
