A 24-year-old male presented with history of an erythematous plaque over the extensor of the left elbow joint for 5 (Five) years.

Examination of the integumentary system revealed solitary well defined erythematous plaque over the extensor of the left elbow joint measuring 7 cm x 5 cm, covered with brownish crust and some scales. There was no ulceration, weeping, erosion, atrophy, and telangiectasia. Diascopy revealed no change in skin color. Auspitz's sign was negative. Hair, nails, and mucous membranes, cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal system, nervous, and genitourinary systems were normal. Would you please list the differentials? How will you reach your diagnosis?
