Would extracellular vesicle-derived metabolites (such as glutamine) degrade after boiling at 100oC for 15min?

I isolated Extracellular Vesicles from cell culture conditioned media, and boiled the EVs for 15 min at 100oC. Will that treatment be expected to degrade the metabolites within the EVs, or am I just breaking the EVs and freeing metabolites that still have functional integrity?

Yes. Glutamine is not even stable (longterm) at 37 degrees, but cranking this up to 100 massively accelerates the degradation process of not only glutamine but I imagine a wide variety of additional small molecules.
