I also want to perform a similar invitro study with a potantial COVID-19 drug. However, I can not find any virus infectedd cell line.

How can we find?

I may be stupid Dr Scheffer but not dumb. If you understand the consideration you would not have written that answer. What I am asking for is labs in parts of the world that have BSL3 facility that can do in vitro tests. We are doing in USA and i addition in othe constants as well for conformation and comparison given the different viruses that may have been isolated.

Please contact ICMR in India and CDC in USA.
