Thank you, but I think this product will not be able to isolate correctly, beacuse I work with blackberry, and It´s very delicate, I only like the surface fungi, It could broke the blackberry and isolate endophityc fungi.

this kit is appropriate for what you intend to do, because it does not require the use of physical homogenization. You will put the berries in the sample collection bag and gently shake this with the collection solution. This extract the surface fungus. Then the collected fungus can be processed further to extract DNA (Lysis and column purification- also included in the kit)
