I forgot to put my taqman miRNA assay(thermofisher) at -20degree. It was at 4degree for 48hours. Will it be working?
Probably not. The user guide says to store between -25C and -15C.
You could test it out, but it's probably best to just get a new one. If you got unusual/strange/unexpected results, the first thing you would do is buy a new kit and repeat your assay. If your samples are precious/hard to get/expensive, then I'd certainly just throw away the kit and order a new one.

- If It had been a week I would have said bin but have known things after 24hrs to 48hrs in the fridge that really belonged in freezer work

Try to test already done samples before to check the reproducibility of the results

Probably yes, the only risk will be the RNA quality .. if well prepared storage at 4° doesn't matter. Hope it will be ok with you !
