Well I never tried all the kits out there, but I was using
Human Angiopoietin-2 DuoSet from R&D System.
Of note the plastic ware is also important. I am using Maxisorp from Nunc as it gives you much higher OD.
We have developped a kit with a specific knowhow which shoes the lowest level of cross reactivity with other Angiotensin peptides, very good sensitivity and we provide all the support from samples collection (with a inhibhitor cocktail kit) and purification. It has cited in a wide number of publication and used in several preclinical and clinical trials.
