As WoS export dialog box images showed "Record from" wasn't checked, I think "Full record and cited references" as the record content (export from WoS) can help you out.

Thank you very much for the quick responses. As you mentioned the problem was with WOS csv data. To get full information i needed to extract data from WOS core collection. Now problem is solved.

Amir Rouhani & Thilini Jayaprada I suggest not using the email export option for downloading the CSV file. Download files with 2000 records and later merge them manually. Hope this will work.

I am having the same issue after removing duplicates in Zotero. Is there any way to directly remove duplicate articles in VOSViewer? I am using multisource data from WoS, Scopus, IEEE Xplore, and Google scholar so there are a lot of duplicates.
