The wars are bad instruments for problems resolution. Nevertheless people in various countries still believe in wars. Recent Russian-Ukrainian war has shown that evidently. Why the people still believe in wars?

Correct. However, there is one small problem here. Wars do not begin with "fighting back", but with "invasions", and so forth.
