Usually older universities' lecturers have opinions about the different generations of students - what are they?
I have just taught to two generations, Y and Z. Y were more ambitious and impatient while Z are creative with extremely short attention span.
Usually universities' people pursue the careers of lecturers and researchers at the same time - what is more pleasant and why for You personally? Or, may be, both?
