Hello and good day, current I'm having problem to proceed with the meshing and then the error message of " The mesher did not generate any nodes. All geometry may have been defeatured away" is out. Currently, i'm trying to simulate a fuel cell at micro- meter thinness. Attached with the pictures of the error.

Generally, I would suggest some points which may be helpful in your case:
1- Avoid any sharp edge in the shape (make it rounded).
2- Start with a very small cell size and then refine the initial mesh. Keep in mind that the change in size should be gradual.
3- Try with quad. and Tria. element shapes.

2D analyses are not supported in ANSYS CFX. You may try to add some thickness (generally we use unit mesh size as the thickness) in geometry and see if the mesh is generated.

If you are facing the problem in mesh, please redesign the model and split the faces according to the geometry variations. Suppose, the model is 3D please go through with the unstructured type of mesh with option of fine mesh. If the model is 2D then define the number of elements division according to the dimensions and geometry of the model. For 2D case, better to use structured type of mesh.
