Why my protein (Taq DNA polymerase) is broken during expression

Hi Friend

I have cloned Taq DNA polymerase in PET21b vector and expressed it in ecoli (BL21). However, it is broken and do not expressed completely. As it is illustrated in the figure, it broken to 60 and 35 kd in the bacterium. What should I do?
