Hello there. So I performed HRM for MSI of DNA samples from Gastric Tumours with the following protocol: 95 °C/5 min, 40 cycles of 95°C/10s, 58°C/30s, 72°C/10s, and 1 cycle of 72°C/1min, followed by a slow ramping up at 0.03 °C/s (60°C - 95ºC). I could see the two peaks of the two markers I used, but the samples showed up with a lot of peaks, even on the peaks of the markers.
