I don't know what happened. Suddenly I am unable to find my previous runs (DLS and zetapotential) data in my dts file. Even .del file was also not created which means data was not deleted. Anybody faced this weird situation? How to retrieve that data?

I assume the obvious and that you have searched for .dts and .zet files both on and off the computer. Has someone labeled it a Hidden Folder? Search for any file names that you can recall and look for .bak (backup files). Not sure what version of software and instrument you have. Have you modified the data path where the data are saved e.g. externally? Check the place where the data should be on the c: drive. Contact your local service support in India.

you seem to have a classic Zetasizer Nano.
Can you select the "summary" workspace to make sure all data types are displayed? To be extra certain, edit the workspace to confirm that 'record type filter' has check marks at all record types, i.e. Size, zeta, flow, molecular weight.
Do you have the correct dts file open, does it exist and does it have a file size that indicates that the data are in there?
If you click on File in the software, the last 4 recently opened files are listed just above the 'Exit' option.
Can you open the "Example Results.dts" file and display size and zeta records in that file?
