Why is my fusion protein not eluting from the resin?

I'm having trouble eluting my 30 kDa fusion protein - despite trying lower expression temperatures, different colonies, and verifying the correct sequence and elution buffer. The protein remains stuck in the resin, with little to no elution visible on SDS-PAGE.

Has anyone faced similar issues and found a solution? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
