I am using 3M KOH as electrolyte with Pt counter as counter and Ag/AgCl as reference electrode for my system.with increasing current density why potential is increases? Is this is unusual behavior or thereis some problem in it.

The "problem in it" is the very high current (density) ij, for such a class of WEs[1].
Do you observe any tiny bubbles (on the WE) in the case of (i6=)80mA/g ?
Remake, please, the "same" set of measurements using, now, much lower current(s), say, ij/10, or even less (ij/100).
